well this may as well be my last post on this little blog, oh well.

eight months

honestly, i don't know what i would do if i didn't have rupert (my camera). me and the big guy have been through so much together. we went to summer camp we've done some photo shoots, we traveled to kenya, and who could ever forget chi alpha. in fact he has played such a huge role in capturing my most favorite moments with my favorite people. and i love it so so much. boy oh boy, it's been a great eight months rupert. well whoever invented cameras, i sure do owe them a HUGE thanks.

the sweet sound of freedom

in this case that sweet sound was the school bell going off announcing that it is time for spring break!!!! yay yay yay!! i couldn't be anymore excited, right when i got out of call i literally did a little jump for joy, not caring who saw. sorry, but i have been waiting for this day to come for quite a while. and i am so stoked for this week. i don't really have much planned but i will soon. all i know is that it shall be a week filled with friends, love and a whole lot of pictures.

More commonly known as UPDATES!

-- last weekend i finally go to see all my church friends that i missed so dearly. that night, i fell in love with hearing the words, "welcome home". that just warmed my heart.

--spring break is in a matter of weeks, so excited!1

--how much sense does this make? it was 75 on monday and today it was freezing cold all morning.

--i love planners, i got a new one the other day. i didn't really like the cover sooo i drew my own (:

--speaking of art, we are painting ugh. i like painting but only as a "just for fun" kinda thing

-- i like it when people a randomly kind, especially complete strangers who complemented my outfit today.

-- i don't have side bangs anymore which makes me happy. now i have plane ol' normal bangs that i love so much.

-- i love my zebra backpack from KENYA, i pretty much take it with me everywhere. i like to see people give second look when they see a 16 year-old girl using a zebra backpack as a purse

-- so lately i have been addicted to listening to this band A Rocket to the Moon. i love the music so so much.-- Random fact: i almost know all the lyrics to bust a move, skills!

-- o.k sooo. the saturday before i left for kenya i had to accept the idea of saying goodbye to 2 of my favorite guy friends and then when i came home i had to accept the idea that i wouldn't be able to see them for 2 weeks! but this weekend, i FINALLY get to see them both. i am just so excited and they will also be seeing me with ma new bangs!

-- i really really really miss the dominican republic, a lot

-- i think i might get a new pair of TOMS this weekend ,yay!

Study (verb)

Finals, noun: To study very hard until your eyes burn down. Happens twice during the school year.

Actually there are only some classes that I can not stand studying for a long period of time. Especially when I don't even know what the test is gonna be like. Which is stupid and inexcusable. At the moment I really don't feel like getting a head start on studying for my Bio and History final (which are Thursday). I mean I just got a really good book to read and I have been proving that I am slightly unable to survive my Glee absence without looking back on some of the episodes or listening to the music. Oh well. But at least I don't have school on Friday. Now maybe then I can completely finish driver's ed or just being glad that I am almost half way done with my sophomore year. Crazy, ya I know.

Funny B(acon)ones

For those of you who know me, I can not stand bacon. Judge me tender please. Anyways, in English class the other day some how, the subject of bacon came up. I don't know why to be honest. This girl next to me was going on and on about how amazing this bacon that she had on Christmas it was, "The best bacon ever!" Of course I did mention my dislike of bacon. Then all of the sudden my friend Adam said,
"Wait are you guys talking about bacon?"
Me: "Ya, why?"
Then the next thing I knew he pulled of of his backpack, a bag full of bacon!!! It was the funniest thing that ever happened in that class. Even though I don't like bacon, that doesn't mean that I can't laugh about it.

Tik Tok Like a Clock

Goodness, already this month is going by quickly. It is just so hard for me to believe that I leave for Chi Alpha (winter camp) next Saturday! Then the next weekend I sing for High School Ministry (A.K.A HSM). Then that following week is finals. Man there is just so much stuff going on in so little time. It's so hard for me even to rap my mind around the fact that at that time I will be half way through my sophomore year. That's just so crazy.

It's weird how one day I'll say, "Now that Christmas break is over can we just skip to Chi Alpha, winter formal, Kenya, spring break, then summer?" Then the next day I say that time goes by too fast. Oh well, as much as I"d like to skip my way to all my fun events I'll just be grateful for each day I've been given.

Glee

I love this show, I really do. I love how each of the these guys are all SUPER talented. It's almost unfair that their so talented. I don't know how Fox expects the fans to just sit still and wait until April for the next season to come out. That's just cruel. The only things that are holding me over is: The soundtrack and hulu. Still, April is just a long time from now.
