The Best Day Ever
Tomorrow is finally the day I get my braces off!! I've had them on since October of '06 and the time has finally arrived! And to top it off I get to go to the X- Games! Not to mention we have the best seats ever since my family knows Kyle Loza the dirt bike jumper who won best trick last year! I can't stand it. I'm so excited I might explode!
Big Sis
Now grow up with 3 little brothers and no sisters you can see why I'm out of the house more.
My family and I are at my mom's best friend's beach house for a week and her friend has a 18 year old daughter! So everyday since Monday see has come over and took me to places like breakfast or the mall! It's like I really do have an older sister! Yesterday in the car we were singing along to Move Along by The All American Rejects! L.O.L. :-).

It's Back! :-D
By that I mean Wicked ( my favorite musical) was supposed to leave L.A in May, but everyone loved it so much that they are staying for 6 more months! Whoopee :-).
And for that reason I've made a goal. And since you read my blog I'll tell you :-). I want to save my money ($150 per ticket) and go see it with my Nana who also is saving money. I can't stand it. I'm just full of excitement. Plus I know all the words to almost all the songs. My dream is to play Galinda in the musical.
I [heart] Wicked!!!! :-)

Hume Lake '08
<- taken last year by me :-)
Omg (oh my gosh)! Tomorrow at 7:00am I take off for camp!!! A whole week of friend filled, brother free, fun!
Today I had to drop off my luggage and sign up for a bus. Me and my friends all signed up on the same bus and were just filled with excitement. Even though the ride is 7 hours long (+ brakes) I enjoy them. The buses have comfortable seats and T.V.s! I also get to read a few magazines, relax, and be with my friends. I call it M&F (Maddy & Friend) time. :-).
I've had amazing years at Hume in Jr. High and can't wait for my first year of high school Hume, Ponderosa.

Rock Band
For my brothers birthday he got the hit game Rock Band! I for one, like Guitar Hero.
This morning when I woke up, I saw Zack and Ty playing it. I did one song on guitar then decided to play the drums. I set my difficulty to easy and started playing. The song began, and the notes where going super fast and had to pause it. Once I did that I said , " This is a joke!" So I quit.
Here are my problems with the game:
1. The drums are a joke.
2. iI you do poorly, they stop you from playing for a while.
3. When you play the guitar you have to press hard.
4. You can't hardly see the bars.
5. Easy=hard.
So if you are choosing between Guitar Hero or Rock Band. Make the wise choice, do Guitar Hero.

Coffee Break
I love coffee, I can't lie. Okay some coffee. Okay some coffee when it is added to another drink.
I took a recent trip to church on Sunday to see my friends. After the first service I went to the coffee shop and had my usual order. A vanilla blend coffee in it. With excitement and joy I drank the whole thing in only five minuets! Clearly I have a problem. I'll check into coffee anonymous tomorrow. Just kidding :-).
With a doubt, vanilla blend with a little bit coffee is my all time favorite drink...well...next to Coke and water. :-)

New Bag
Today we went to South Coast Plaza (SCP). At one point I decided to go into Abercrombie. There I saw something so amazing, so big, and so cute. A navy blue tote bag! Immediately I took it off the shelf and took a victory walk to the counter and bought it. After that, my mom asked what I was going to use it for. I responded with, "school". Now I can't wait to sweep the halls of FHS with my Abercrombie bag. =) Sweping the halls only would be a lot better than actually have to attend school too.

Side of Fries
After a successful win at my brothers All Star baseball game the team decided to celebrate with In-N-Out. I made the daring choice to sit with some of the team. I thought that I should be the mature one and try to be friends with them. One of the boys named Evan decided to do something crazy with his cheeseburger and fries. I think you can see where this is going. He took the bun off his burger and dumped his fries on top! After that he was so proud of his work he wanted to take a picture of it. :-). Another boy even said that's sick. That said he did the same thing and said, "that's good". Boys, can't live with them, can't eat with them.

Text Me
This morning I was texting 3 of my friends about plans this weekend when all of the sudden my brother Zack asked me who i was texting.
Now I'm private when it comes to my phone so I told him I'm not telling. But not knowing my brother well with privacy he kept going on and on! He wold say,"when I get a phone I'll tell you who I'm texting". I guess phone privacy is too much to ask for with that boy.

1 bag + 10 water bottles = 1 Bible
I've been going to Saddleback Church forever. Since my parents used to work there we know a lot of amazing people. At the student zone(A.K.A. the Refinery)has been supporting a 3 year girl named Bella who I know, collects water bottles and every ten she collects she takes it to the church and the recycle it and buy a Bible for someone who doesn't have one. So they said to come in and give them water bottles.
For the past week I've been asking my family for their bottles so far I have 6 my goal is 10. I can't wait to give them the bag on Saturday.
History Geek
I love history(the life of Teddy Roosevelt is my favorite)which is why the D.C. trip was SO fun for me!
In 8Th grade I had the most amazing history teacher ever! Near the end of the year I had my teachers sign my class recommendation sheet for FHS. When I gave it to Mr. Gertson(the fun history teacher) he told me to come in at lunch. I had no good excusses at the time so I had to say alright. When I came in he told me he wanted me to take honors history!
Speechless and happy I had to say okay. When my mom returned the reccommendation sheeet to Foothill they said I couldn't take it till my sophomore year. When I broke the news to Mr. G he said aw.
Oh well at least I can still take it next year. ;-) Honors history...here I come!

Campus Visitors
Every year, old Calvary Christian School (CCS) students revisit to see their old teachers and friends in lower grades. Now that I have graduated Calvary. I can do that now, with my friends, once school is back.
My all time favorite revisits was when 3 guys from last year came and spent the whole day at CCS. At the end of the day they did P.E. with the 7th and 8th graders who just so happened to be running the mile. They had the most brilliant (and stupid) idea to run with them! Now these guys are in jean pants and one was in a long sleeve shirt! Of course the P.E. teacher gave them permission, and of course the students were with it too. Jerks. After running the mile the were full of sweat and tears. Well not really tears just sweat.
Running in P.E. is what I couldn't wait to get out of so you can bet that I won't be running when I visit. I'm more likely to wear my shorts 4 inches above my knees instead of the required 3, though.

My Mom's Dream
I love acting. I was recently in 2 plays for my school's acting troop. Now I am in drama workshop at Foothill High. I would love to take my acting to the next step by doing commercials or stuff like that. My dream is to play Galinda in the Broadway musical Wicked. Which is my favorite play. Or even do movies and TV shows. But my mom (a.ka. Linda Vujnov) wants me to do something else.
Every time I bring up the subject she will say, "but you're such a good writer". Other times she'll say, "don't you want to work for the Angels and organize their flights and hotel rooms?" I'll respond to with no or " that's what you want me to do". Working for the Angels sounds stressful and acting is my passion. Not writing. Sounds too much like school. Ewe.

I [heart] NY (a lot)
I'll never forget my DC trip. One of my favorite parts was visiting New York City. I've wanting to go there for as long as I can remember.
Me and my friends, (sorry all you English teachers out there), laterally shopped until we dropped. We swept the city and the sidewalk with our bundles of bags on 5th avenue.
We also took a carriage ride through Central Park, went to the top of Rockefeller Center, and saw a Broadway play.
Long story short, it was amazing! Now all I want to do is go back to NY again.
